The kid helmet use the high-impact engineering ABS plastic shell, in order to make as light as possible helmet for kids, we try best to minimize the hard shell thickness, with plenty of in house testing and data collection, we developed the thinnest hard shell but passed penetration with 1 meter height.

The impact-absorbing EPS from the advanced in-molding technology, we have detailed and carefully to test and choose the best EPS density, the proper EPS density we used to protect kid’s head not only getting impacting from exterior of helmet but also the internal shocking with the stiff EPS.
