The high-impact hard shell protect the helmet from crash or curbstone, by using the engineer ABS plastic material which in very stable properties, we always keep safety with high quality helmet as our goal. The EPS liner from advanced in-molding process provide light weight but very strong for head protection. In order offer perfect fitting between EPS and hard shell, we designed geometry channels exterior of EPS liner, that makes good helmet assemble from manufacture and in consistant quality, the outer channels helps air flow and cooling power for outside activities.

The ski helmet is equipped with high-end ear pad, the brush nylon inner ear pad provide very comfortable touch against skin and warm up your face in the cold condition, we also designed fashion exterior panel of the ear pad and integrated with high quality stitching technology, we also provided customized options of the ear pad with different materials (like, leather, wax canvas and suede material) and exterior pad geometries(like multiple panels integration, heat press with TPU layer) that make very decent looks and make you enjoy the snowing.
