The VU103 helmet offers a comfortable fit and open ventilation in a design that is suitable for nearly any ride, it’s built using In-mold construction to reduce weight while enhancing durability that stands up to everyday use, the urban helmet was a revelation in styling and performance for all types of riding. Inspired by the original, the helmet has redefined the benchmark for performance. Add in the comfort, adjustability and enhanced airflow of the air system, and the helmet re-imagines what your helmet can be.
Built-in cloth visor to keep the sun(or rain) out of your face, so you can focus on what’s ahead, the fabric brim is stitched with helmet brow padding that compatible with different sizes brow padding, the visor is removable with velcros which attached inside of helmet, consumer could switch or washing the visor easily.
The Dacron Polyester padding provide very comfortable feel and best-in-class cooling power, we choose the best foam density to make perfect fitting with head that we always focus the detail of consumer experience, since we noticed many helmets in market the padding can be pressed easily.
The standard helmet strap in our factory meet retention and roll-off test from EN1078, CPSC and AS/NZS:2063-2020 standards to guarantee the safety, we can also feature different webbing with reflective, sublimation, antibacterial yarn-dyed woven webbing.
We equipped with ITW buckle and tri-glides to ensure the best fastening, the buckle can be customized with Fidlock magnet buckle if customer need more buckle options.
