In addition to this helmet’s already impressive cooling power, it’s outfitted with a hydrophilic, anti-bacterial brow pad that can absorb to ten-times its weight in sweat. The mountain helmet for off-road riding with a stylish low-profile design, great coverage, breezy ventilation and rugged durability. Ready for anything from casual exploring to aggressive trail riding. The mountain bike helmet keeps you cool and comfortable, plus or removable visor that deflects the sun, rain, brush and branches.
Full-Wrap In-mold polycarbonate shell with EPS liner to resist dents and dings that makes more decent feature. The interaction line with very minimal gap makes very clean style-line eventhough it would require more higher in-mold technology and precise of EPS and Vacuum forming mould tool.
The High-end Cool Mesh padding keeps the hair dry and impressive cool during riding and provides superior fit comfort with enhanced ventilation, we have developed many pads in new material and technology for ODM options: Silicone padding, antibacterial/bamboo, PC/PP lamination and TPU seamless padding.
The helmet specified with lightweight recycled strap that also can be featured with reflective band, sublimation and silicone sheet, we offers alternative strap options of customization: multi colored weave, bamboo and anti-bacterial straps.
The quickly release ITW in Derlin POM material to reinforce the retention and roll-off testing to ensure the safety of helmet.
The fit adjustments are fast and easy to make, the fit system can be adjusted with three positions and make the best comfortable fitting when tension adjustment with rubber dial turning, lightweight design with ST801 and POM material for critical parts make very robust detatch, the fit system can be replaced easily after long-time using.
