One polycarbonate in-molding with visor snape mounts make very decent apperance and the air-gulping ventilation makes it cool and comfortable, very low-profile style line for all-day trail rides
The cooling power from the high-end cool mesh padding provide not only fitting comfort but also impressive cool and quickly dry during the riding. With more than 15 years experience of helmet development and manufacture, we have succesfully applied more kinds of fabric material for padding, like antibacterial,bamboo, TPU seamless, silicone and PC/PP shell lamination padding.
The thin webbing with 0.7mm to keep lightweight helmet and the strap certified retention and roll-off test in all standard that ensure the saftey riding. We also provide more strap features as customer’s needs with refletive, sustainable material, yarn-dyed woven and golden fiber woven webbing.
We equied ITW buckle and tri-lock with strap system for better safe fastening and easily operated with one hand that leaving the other hand free to ensure user safety. The Fidlock and Osmar buckle is available for customization if need more advanced fastening system for your products.
The quickly adjustment fit system provide the most comfortable fit, the airflow design with advanced geometry simplify the mechanism, the fit system is composed of fit belt, body,pinon and rubbered dail, it makes more lightweight and reliable detatch for saftey.
