The cycling helmet is packed with som of our best features, it’s ideal complement to almost any ride. We optimized the design of every components in the helmet even the shape fo the helmet itself to reduce the weight. Of cause, we also sculpted massive vents with interior channeling for best-in-class cooling power.
We integrated all the helmet geometry with one piece of microshell in-molding, that makes lightweight and decent apperance, and the advanced in-molding process with PC provide more protection during riding.
The cool mesh padding provide more comfortable fitting and quickly-dry for riders, the perforated cool mesh in exterior of padding makes more cool with helmet channeling, it is bond with polyfoam which in proper density that provide the best fit around user’s head, the back side is a layer of brush nylon adhere with velcro to make very stable attachement.
We designed the helmet with our standard headform from many years testing anaylysis and data collection, we are confident the helmet size range will be suitable for consumers.
The helmet is certified EN1078, CPSC and AS/NZS 2063:2020 standard, during the inhouse test, this bike helmet perform very well for wet kurb test and Hot hemi test, the robustness lightweight helmet ensure the most safety for riders.
ITW buckle and cam-lock provide very robust fastening and it is very easily to release with one hand, if you need more alternative buckles, we could offer magnet bcukle with Fidlock and Osmar to make your products looks different.
This fit syetem has three possitions of vertical adjustablility,a rubberized dial to adjust tension with one hand and it is made of a flexible, durable material to avoid damage while being locked up. The Detachable and replaceable fit system provides the perfect adjustment for convenience.
